Vocal Exclusivity Policy

Exclusive Licensing Policy

At Stonestreet Vocals, we offer exclusive licensing for all vocals, vocal samples, sound recordings, and audio files available for purchase. By purchasing any material from Stonestreet Vocals, you agree to the following terms:

Exclusive Rights
Each vocal, vocal sample, sound recording, and audio file sold through Stonestreet Vocals is sold under an exclusive license. This means that the material is granted for the sole use of the buyer and will not be resold or distributed to any other party.
Perpetual Usage
The exclusive license grants the buyer the right to use the purchased material in perpetuity, meaning the buyer has unlimited use of the material without any expiration or limitation on time.
Unlimited Distribution
The material purchased under this exclusive license can be distributed worldwide and in any format or medium, whether digital, physical, or otherwise, without restriction on the number of copies or territories.
No Resale or Redistribution
While the buyer is granted exclusive usage and distribution rights, the resale or redistribution of the vocal material, either in its original form or as part of a product, is prohibited. The buyer cannot sell or license the material to others.
Transfer of Rights
The exclusive license is non-transferable and is granted only to the buyer who makes the purchase. Rights cannot be reassigned to any third party without prior written approval from Stonestreet Vocals.
Ownership of Copyright
While the buyer receives exclusive usage rights under this license, Stonestreet Vocals retains ownership of the original copyright of the material. The buyer does not own the copyright but is granted an exclusive license to use and distribute the material.

By purchasing vocals, vocal samples, sound recordings, or audio files from Stonestreet Vocals, the buyer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that they are receiving exclusive rights to the material as outlined above.

Copyright and Royalty Agreement

By purchasing any vocals, vocal samples, sound recordings, or audio files (collectively referred to as "Purchased Materials") from this website, the Buyer agrees to the following terms:

Good Faith Negotiation Requirement
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that before releasing any song, version, derivative work, or final product containing any of the Purchased Materials, a good faith effort must be made to negotiate and agree upon the Master and Publishing percentage splits with the vocalist/songwriter, Stonestreet.
Pre-Release Negotiation Obligations
The Buyer must reach out to Stonestreet or Stonestreet’s representative to discuss and negotiate the applicable percentage splits for both the Master and Publishing rights for any version of a song, derivative work, or final product that includes the Purchased Materials. This negotiation should occur before any public release or distribution of the final product.
Default Royalty Split in Absence of Agreement
If the Buyer fails to make a good faith effort to negotiate or if no terms are agreed upon before the release of any song, version, derivative work, or final product utilizing any of the Purchased Materials, Stonestreet reserves the right to claim an equal share of both the Master and Publishing splits. This equal share will acknowledge all parties involved but will entitle Stonestreet to 50% of both Master and Publishing rights for any song, version, derivative work, or final product that includes the Purchased Materials.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges, agrees, and accepts these terms. Failure to comply with these terms constitutes a breach of this agreement, granting Stonestreet the right to enforce the terms described above.
Rights Reserved
Stonestreet retains all copyright ownership of the Purchased Materials, including all vocals, vocal samples, sound recordings, and audio files. This agreement grants the Buyer limited rights to use the Purchased Materials in accordance with the terms outlined herein, but does not transfer any ownership of copyright to the Buyer.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction/State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By purchasing, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Copyright and Royalty Split Agreement.

No Refund Policy

At Stonestreet Vocals, we take pride in providing high-quality vocal recordings, samples, and sound files. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we have a strict No Refund Policy in place.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Digital Products
All vocals, vocal samples, sound recordings, and audio files are delivered in a digital format and are accessible immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been made.
Final Sale
All sales are final. Once you have purchased and downloaded the material, you assume full responsibility for its use and functionality. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, compatibility issues, or change of mind.
Quality Assurance
We strive to ensure that all products sold on Stonestreet Vocals meet the highest standards of quality. If you encounter any issues with the files (such as corruption or technical errors), please contact our support team, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Customer Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all product details, including audio previews, specifications, and terms of use before making a purchase. Please ensure that the product meets your needs before completing the transaction.
